Français (France) Avis aux gourmands ! Le Marché Couvert accueille la première édition de Sens à Table : Le Festival de la Gougère, une journée dédiée à cette spécialité incontournable de notre région.
De 10h à 17h, producteurs, artisans et chefs vous feront découvrir la gougère sous toutes ses formes : dégustations, démonstrations, recettes originales et grand marché gourmand.
Au programme également : Défi de la Gougère, remise des prix et concert gratuit pour terminer la journée en musique. Un rendez-vous placé sous le signe du terroir, du partage et de la gourmandise !

Fabrication de véritables gougères et découverte des secrets de leur réalisation :

- Les astuces de cuisson
- Les variantes et revisites
- Dégustation à l’issue de chaque démonstration.

- 14h – Grand Prix de la Gougère de Sens
Concours réservé aux professionnels. Ouvert aux boulangers, pâtissiers, traiteurs, restaurateurs, écoles hôtelières.
Le lauréat réalisera également une création exclusive baptisée « La Gougère de Sens », qui deviendra, pendant un an, la recette ambassadrice de la Ville et sera mise à l’honneur lors des réceptions municipales et des grands événements.
- 15h30 – Défi de la Gougère – Qui relèvera le défi ?
Le concours du plus gros mangeur de gougères promet un moment aussi convivial que gourmand. Inscription préalable, via ce QR Code – Nombre de participants limité.
- 16h – Remise des prix du Grand Prix de la Gougère de Sens et du Défi de la Gougère
- Concert de clôture
Pour terminer cette première édition dans une ambiance conviviale, profitez d’un concert gratuit au cœur du marché couvert.

Anglais Calling all food lovers! The Marché Couvert is hosting the first edition of ‘Sens à Table: The Gougère Festival’, a day dedicated to this unmissable regional speciality.
From 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, producers, artisans and chefs will introduce you to the gougère in all its forms: tastings, demonstrations, original recipes and a large gourmet market.
Also on the programme: the Gougère Challenge, an awards ceremony and a free concert to round off the day with music. An event celebrating local produce, sharing and good food!

A competition reserved for professionals. Open to bakers, pastry chefs, caterers, restaurateurs and hospitality schools.
The winner will also create an exclusive creation named ‘La Gougère de Sens’, which will become the town’s signature recipe for one year and will be showcased at municipal receptions and major events.
- 3.30 pm – Gougère Challenge – Who will rise to the challenge?
The competition to find the biggest gougère eater promises to be as convivial as it is indulgent. Advance registration via this QR code – Limited number of participants.
- 4.00 pm – Prize-giving ceremony for the Sens Gougère Grand Prix and the Gougère Challenge
- Closing concert
To round off this first edition in a friendly atmosphere, enjoy a free concert in the heart of the covered market.
