EINE GESCHICHTE VON FAMILIE UND LEIDENSCHAFT
Die von der Familie Monrolin ins Leben gerufenen Veranstaltungen „Tour du Jura“ und „Classic Grand Besançon Doubs“ werden vom Radsportverein „Jura Cyclisme“ organisiert, einem Verein mit Sitz in Arbois, der vor 25 Jahren von Claude Monrolin gegründet wurde.
Aus Leidenschaft für den Radsport wollte der Verein die Region fördern und schuf dazu zunächst mit der Tour du Jura ein bedeutendes Radrennen. Die Tour du Jura, die zu Beginn als Etappenrennen für Amateure konzipiert war, konnte einige der besten Nachwuchstalente begrüßen, die heute im Profi-Radsport für Schlagzeilen sorgen, wie beispielsweise Guillaume Martin oder Victor Lafay.
ÜBERGANG ZUM PROFIBEREICH UND GRÜNDUNG DER CLASSIC GRAND BESANCON DOUBS
Im Jahr 2021 wurde die Tour du Jura zu einem Profirennen und bot den Zuschauern somit die Gelegenheit, die weltbesten Radfahrer anzufeuern. Mit der Organisation der „Classic Grand Besançon Doubs“ am Vortag empfängt JURA CYCLISME 20 Profi-Teams und 120 Spitzenfahrer.
Diese Rennen, die live auf France TV und Max Sport (Eurosport) übertragen werden, haben sich in Rekordzeit als Pflichttermine für die französischen Champions etabliert.

Créé par la famille Monrolin, le Tour du Jura et la Classic Grand Besançon Doubs sont organisés par le club de Jura Cyclisme, club basé à Arbois créé par Claude Monrolin il y a 25 ans.
Passionnée de cyclisme, le club a souhaité promouvoir le territoire en créant une épreuve cycliste de référence avec tout d'abord le Tour du Jura. Course par étapes destinée aux amateurs à son commencement, le Tour du Jura a pu accueillir certains des meilleurs jeunes qui font l'actualité du cyclisme professionnel d'aujourd'hui tels que Guillaume Martin ou Victor Lafay.
PASSAGE PROFESSIONNEL ET CREATION DE LA CLASSIC GRAND BESANCON DOUBS
En 2021, le Tour du Jura est devenu une course professionnelle et a donc donné l'opportunité aux spectateurs d'encourager les meilleurs cyclistes mondiaux. En organisant également la Classic Grand Besançon Doubs, la veille, JURA CYCLISME accueille 20 équipes professionnelles et 120 coureurs de haut niveau.
Diffusées en direct sur France TV et Max sport (Eurosport) ces épreuves se sont installés en un temps record comme des passages obligés pour les champions français.
