Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) In een klein, rustig en vredig dorpje, op 10 minuten van Pouilly-en-Auxois, biedt de gîte „Le Refuge de Coccinette“, een nieuw, vrijstaand huis op één niveau, biedt u: een volledig uitgeruste keuken die uitkomt op de woon-/eetkamer, met een pelletkachel, een slaapbank, tv, wifi, voorraadkamer met wasmachine, directe toegang tot het terras, 1 slaapkamer voor mindervaliden met 1 bed van 160 cm, 1 badkamer met inloopdouche, douchezitje en toilet met steunbeugel, 1 slaapkamer met 1 bed van 160 cm (en een stapelbed van 90 cm als extra bed, niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 6 jaar). Talrijke spelletjes en speelgoed voor kinderen. Airconditioning.
Terras en tuin aan de achterzijde van de gîte (omheind terrein), met tuinmeubilair, barbecue, schommel, ligstoelen...en parkeerplaats. 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen, niet omheind, aan de voorzijde. Buitenruimtes worden momenteel aangelegd (per 01/03/2026).
