Allemand (Allemagne) Alles begann 1954, als Charles und Josette Jobic die Biscuiterie Mistral gründeten, inspiriert von den Feinschmeckerrezepten vergangener Zeiten. Madeleines und weiche Kuchen waren der Beginn eines Familienabenteuers, das im Zeichen der Authentizität und der Geschmäcker der Kindheit stand.
Die seit 1974 in Semur-en-Auxois ansässige Keksfabrik hat sich weiterentwickelt und ist dabei ihren Wurzeln und ihrem Konditorei-Know-how treu geblieben. Im Jahr 2023 trat Mistral der landwirtschaftlichen Genossenschaft Dijon Céréales bei und bekräftigte damit seine Verbundenheit mit der Region und einer verantwortungsbewussten Landwirtschaft.
