Este programa reúne tres obras maestras que cuentan, cada una a su manera, la misma historia: la de un material musical transformado, reinventado sin cesar. Tres compositores, tres estéticas, pero una misma búsqueda: traspasar los límites del piano para expresar el drama clásico, la poesía francesa y el rigor germánico.
