Allemand (Allemagne) Die ehemalige Getreidehalle wurde 1860 vom Stadtarchitekten Hubert Fisbacq erbaut und 1906 in ein italienisches Theater umgewandelt.
Das Theater von Saint-Dizier, das im Zusatzinventar der historischen Monumente eingetragen ist, wurde einer gründlichen Modernisierung und Renovierung unterzogen, ohne dabei seinen ursprünglichen Charakter zu verlieren. Die Bühnenbilder aus den 20er Jahren wurden wiederhergestellt. Der Eingang ist mit Skulpturen aus dem 19. Jahrhundert aus Gusseisen verziert und der Balkon stammt aus den Fonderies de Saint-Dizier.
Heute bietet das Theater 334 Zuschauern Platz und ist mit einer modernen Bühnenausstattung und einem vergrößerten Orchestergraben ausgestattet
