Wir haben den Slow-Tourismus erforscht und praktiziert. Als wir ihn in vollen Zügen genossen, entstand der Wunsch, noch weiter zu gehen. Also machen wir uns mit denselben Werten im Gepäck auf den Weg zu einer neuen Idee der Hotellerie.
