Su 900 m² di terreno vengono coltivate una ventina di piante, utilizzando tecniche di permacultura.
Le piante vengono raccolte interamente a mano e la produzione è certificata biologica.
Si producono tisane, sciroppi, sali alle erbe, aceti aromatici, idrosol e cosmetici.
Tutti i prodotti sono lavorati in loco con metodi tradizionali.
