Allemand (Allemagne) Auf halbem Weg zwischen Sainte Victoire und Sainte Baume, zwischen Aix-en-Provence und Cassis, ist die Gîte Marius eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss der schönen Villa der Eigentümer. Es bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Hügel von Pagnol und öffnet sich direkt auf eine Terrasse und den Swimmingpool (7 x 3,5 m, Tiefe 1,5 m, geöffnet vom 1. Mai bis 31. Oktober von 10 bis 20 Uhr), der mit den Eigentümern geteilt wird zwei weitere Ferienhäuser. Der Terrassengarten wird ebenfalls mitbenutzt und bietet einen idealen Ort zum Spielen für Kinder: Schaukel, Rutsche, Affenbrücke. Die von der Terrasse aus zugängliche Gîte besteht aus:
- ein Wohnzimmer mit einem 140 x 190 cm großen Schlafsofa, einem Sessel, einem Couchtisch, einem Flachbildfernseher an der Wand, einem Bücherregal, einem Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, einem Zustellbett (Einzelbett), einer Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und 4 Gasbrennern. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.
- ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 x 190 cm großen Bett, einem großen Wandschrank, einem Ankleidebereich, einem hohen Tisch mit hohen Hockern und einem Flachbildfernseher an der Wand. Erkerfenster mit Blick auf die Terrasse und den Pool.
- ein Badezimmer mit Eckdusche, Waschbecken mit Stauraum, WC. Der Eigentümer bietet auf Anfrage ein Wellness-Erlebnis mit Yoga-Kursen oder Massagen an.

Il dispose d'une belle vue sur les collines de Pagnol, et donne directement sur une terrasse et sur la piscine (7x3.5m, profondeur 1.5m, ouverte du 1er mai au 1er octobre de 10h à 20h), partagée avec les propriétaires et deux autres gîtes. La piscine est protégée par une barrière vitrée avec portillon de sécurité. Le jardin en restanques est également partagé et offre un lieu de jeu idéal pour les enfants : balançoire, toboggan, pont de singe. Le gîte, accessible depuis la terrasse, est composé :
- d'un salon avec canapé convertible 140x190cm, fauteuil, table basse, TV écran plat au mur, bibliothèque, table avec 4 chaises, lit d'appoint (simple), cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur/congélateur, four, micro-ondes, 4 feux gaz, cafetière Nespresso.
- d'une grande chambre avec lit 140x190cm, grand placard mural, coin dressing, table haute avec tabourets hauts, TV écran plat au mur. El jardín en terraza también es compartido y ofrece un lugar ideal para que jueguen los niños: columpio, tobogán, puente mono. La casa rural, accesible desde la terraza, se compone de:
- un salón con sofá convertible de 140x190 cm, sillón, mesa de centro, TV de pantalla plana en la pared, librería, mesa con 4 sillas, cama supletoria (individual), cocina equipada con nevera/congelador, horno, microondas, 4 fuegos de gas, Cafetera nespresso.

Ha una bellissima vista sulle colline di Pagnol, e si apre direttamente su una terrazza e sulla piscina (7x3,5m, profondità 1,5m, aperta dal 1 maggio al 31 ottobre dalle 10:00 alle 20:00), condivisa con i proprietari e altri due alloggi. Anche il giardino terrazzato è condiviso e offre un luogo ideale per far giocare i bambini: altalena, scivolo, ponte delle scimmie. L'alloggio, accessibile dalla terrazza, è composto da:
- un soggiorno con divano trasformabile 140x190 cm, poltrona, tavolino, TV a schermo piatto a parete, libreria, tavolo con 4 sedie, letto aggiuntivo (singolo), cucina attrezzata con frigorifero/congelatore, forno, microonde, 4 fuochi a gas, Caffettiera Nespresso.

The terraced garden is also shared and offers an ideal place for children to play: swing, slide, monkey bridge. The gîte, accessible from the terrace, is composed of:
- a living room with a 140x190cm convertible sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV on the wall, bookcase, table with 4 chairs, extra bed (single), kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners, Nespresso coffee maker.
- a large bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, large wall cupboard, dressing area, high table with high stools, flat screen TV on the wall. Bay window overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.
- a bathroom with corner shower, basin with storage unit, WC. The owner offers a wellness experience with yoga classes or massages on request.
