Italien (Italie) Sulle alture di Marsiglia, lato dell'Estaque, porta d'accesso ai villaggi della Côte Bleue, casa indipendente su terreno privato (parcheggio all'interno della proprietà chiusa). Avete un terreno fiorito e paesaggistico con mobili da giardino e sedie a sdraio (copertura artificiale), e in lontananza, una bellissima vista sul porto di Marsiglia con le prime insenature. Il proprietario abita nella casa poco prima, non trascurata. Al piano terra, soggiorno aperto sulla terrazza, con cucina attrezzata (lavatrice, piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, frigorifero/congelatore, 1 caffettiera Nespresso e caffettiera da 1 litro), soggiorno con divano, zona pranzo. Camera con 1 letto matrimoniale (140x190) e un letto singolo da 90, camera con affaccio sull'esterno e relativa zona relax (mobili da giardino/sdraio). Due bagni/wc con ampia doccia.

Le propriétaire habite la maison juste avant, aucun vis à vis.
