Anglais Goat breeding, transformation of milk into cheese; farm beer, the barley grown is malted on the farm and then brewed, the goats consume the waste from the brewery and the gas from their manure is used to dry the malt and make the beer. The biomethane is also used to produce electricity, the surplus of which is sold to Enercoop.

Mit Biomethan kann auch Strom erzeugt werden, dessen Überschuss an Enercoop vermarktet wird.
