Anglais Immerse yourself in a moving family story where object theater, humor, and memory intertwine to shed light on the shadows of the past.

Discover VIVA!, a theater-of-objects performance that plunges you into the heart of a family story that is as intimate as it is universal. More than fifty years after a tragedy unfolded in a small village in Castile, Daniel and Lisa, a couple living in the present day, seek to understand what really happened: José, Daniel’s grandfather, killed Maria, his grandmother.

On stage, a simple desk becomes the setting for an investigation conducted using pencils, chalk, tape, a stapler, and a pencil sharpener. With humor, poetry, and astonishing inventiveness, object theater brings memories and gray areas to the surface. You’ll be invited to reflect on collective responsibility, memory, and a society’s ability to heal and transform itself.
