Espagnol Martin Harriague, natural de la región y futuro director del Ballet de Biarritz, prosigue su exploración de las grandes figuras de la humanidad, ahondando en la mitología para crear un grandioso fresco coreográfico de una intensidad poco común.
Con su característico fuego sagrado, el coreógrafo retoma la figura de Prometeo, el hombre que se atrevió a robar el fuego a los dioses para ofrecérselo a la humanidad, símbolo eterno de transgresión, transmisión y conocimiento. Más allá del mito antiguo, esta creación plantea preguntas sobre el presente: ¿qué significa hoy "robar el fuego" en un mundo en el que el ser humano tiene tanto el poder de crear como el de destruir? En el corazón de esta obra, la grandiosa música de las Criaturas de Prometeo de Ludwig van Beethoven se ve aumentada por una composición a medida de Fabien Cali.
