Der Anbau ist so naturnah wie möglich (mechanische Unkrautbekämpfung 10 %, kein chemisches Mittel bei der Weinherstellung). Der Betrieb nutzt den positiven Einfluss der klassischen Musik auf die Rebe und den Wein.
Jedes Jahr findet im Oktober ein Tag der offenen Tür statt.

Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Familiebedrijf sinds 3 generaties, op een oppervlakte van 7 ha worden 4 appellations geproduceerd: Mâcon-Chaintré, Mâcon Fuissé, Saint Véran en Pouilly-Fuissé; wij hebben het geluk om 2,5 ha Pouilly-Fuissé 1e cru te exploiteren met 3 verschillende klimaten.
Sinds 2009 worden al onze bodems mechanisch bewerkt met mest om het bacteriële, microbiële en dierlijke leven van de bodem in stand te houden.
We hebben ook verschillende toeristische activiteiten.

Depuis 2009, tous nos sols sont travaillés mécaniquement avec apport de fumier afin d'entretenir la vie bactérienne, microbienne et animale du sol.
