Zusammen mit seiner Frau Rachel und ihrer Erfahrung im Tourismusbereich, die sie im benachbarten Ille et Vilaine gesammelt haben, haben sie dieses Steinhaus, das von viel Grün umgeben ist, mit viel Herzblut renoviert. Sie werden sich friedlich am Ende dieser Sackgasse niederlassen und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe aller Geschäfte und Annehmlichkeiten sein. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und das kleine separate Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist eine willkommene Oase der Ruhe.
