Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Olivier en Agnès Serradimigni, landbouwers van generatie op generatie, hebben besloten optimaal gebruik te maken van het agrarisch erfgoed van hun voorouders met de wens terug te keren naar een landbouw die het milieu en de consument respecteert.
"We hebben 3 hectare olijfbomen geplant op de oude boerderij. We hebben in onze bestaande kassen:
- een boomgaard met abrikozenbomen van 2 hectare in biologische teelt
- een boomgaard van een hectare met biologisch geteelde citrusvruchten
- een boerderij van 650 m2 met 100% Franse spirulina"
Spirulina in vlokken, poeder of tabletten en olijfolie met BOB Aix-en-Provence worden het hele jaar door verkocht. Abrikozen worden begin mei geoogst en citrusvruchten tussen september en maart.

Anglais Olivier and Agnès Serradimigni own a family-run estate, passed down through the generations, and they decided to get the best out of the farming legacy their ancestors left behind by returning to farming practices that respect both the environment and the consumers.
"We planted 3 hectares of olive trees on the ancient farmland. In our greenhouses, we have the following:
- a 2-hectare grove of organically farmed apricot trees
- a 1-hectare grove of organically farmed citrus fruit trees
- a 100% French 650 m2 spirulina farm"
Spirulina is available to purchase all year round in dried form, powder form or tablets, as well as PDO Aix-en-Provence olive oil. Apricots are harvested at the beginning of May, and citrus fruits between September and March.
