El viñedo está situado entre Caux y Pézenas, beneficiándose del mosaico de suelos que definen la denominación.
La producción se vinifica parcialmente en bodegas privadas desde 2014, evolucionando hacia la AOP Languedoc en 2016 y la AOP Languedoc Pézenas en 2017.
La finca está en conversión a la agricultura ecológica, favoreciendo la vida del suelo, el pasto natural y la biodiversidad en el corazón de las viñas.
