Das Théâtre du Champ Exquis entwickelt zudem Künstlerresidenzen, künstlerische und kulturelle Aktionen sowie Vermittlungsprojekte im Theater, in seinem „Maison des Artistes“ und im Gebiet von Caen-la-Mer.
Seine Aufgaben konzentrieren sich auf drei große Schwerpunkte:
? Den Zugang zur Kultur bereits im frühesten Kindesalter erleichtern, indem die Begegnung mit interdisziplinären Kunstformen gefördert wird.

Sinds 2019 draagt het Théâtre du Champ Exquis de titel „Scène Conventionnée d’Intérêt National”: kunst, kinderen en jeugd, toegekend door het Ministerie van Cultuur, waarmee zijn inzet voor artistieke creatie gericht op een jong publiek wordt erkend.
Een plek vol leven, creativiteit en ontmoetingen, open voor iedereen, waar podiumkunsten de verbeelding prikkelen, de blik scherpen en het kritische denkvermogen ontwikkelen. Met het gezin, tussen generaties en samen met de artiesten nodigt het TCE iedereen uit om te ontdekken, te delen en bij te dragen aan het maken van onze regio tot een ruimte van gastvrijheid, ontmoeting en cultuur.
Het is tegelijkertijd een theaterzaal, een plek voor programmering, creatie en bemiddeling, en een Maison des Artistes, een gezellige ruimte voor residenties en een kenniscentrum voor hedendaagse teksten voor een jong publiek in verband met de podiumkunsten. ondersteunt het Théâtre du Champ Exquis (TCE) de hedendaagse artistieke creatie voor een jong publiek en bevordert het de ontmoeting tussen kunstenaars, kunstwerken en het publiek.
Van oktober tot juli biedt het TCE een multidisciplinair programma met hoogtepunten zoals het Festival Ribambelle (voor kinderen van 0-12 jaar), elk jaar in februari/maart, en Un Côté Exquis - BEFORE d’éclat(s) de rue in juli.
Het Théâtre du Champ Exquis organiseert tevens artist-in-residence-programma’s, artistieke en culturele initiatieven en bemiddelingsprojecten binnen het theater, in het Maison des Artistes en in de regio Caen-la-Mer.
Zijn opdrachten zijn gericht op drie belangrijke doelstellingen:
? De toegang tot cultuur vanaf zeer jonge leeftijd vergemakkelijken door de ontmoeting met multidisciplinaire kunstvormen te bevorderen.
? Het ondersteunen van creatieve projecten voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen, en het bijdragen aan artistieke en culturele diversiteit.
