ontmoetingen en experimenten die George Sand organiseerde in haar huis in Nohant, een emblematisch
en dialoog tussen kunstenaars in de 19e eeuw.
De gastkunstenaars werden uitgenodigd om te reageren op een artistieke opdracht: elk van hen
een werk te creëren dat vrij geïnspireerd is door de figuur van George Sand, haar wereld, haar gedachten of haar nalatenschap. De op deze manier gecreëerde werken interageren met elkaar in een gemeenschappelijke ruimte en bieden het publiek verschillende perspectieven op deze belangrijke figuur uit de Franse literatuur en cultuur. De tentoonstelling neemt bezoekers mee op een reis die verschillende hedendaagse beeldende kunstpraktijken samenbrengt in een open ref
