Italien (Italie) A Lannecaube, un piccolo villaggio della regione francese del Béarn, la famiglia Routis-Cabé vi accoglie nel suo allevamento di lumache e vi invita a scoprire l'affascinante vita di migliaia di gasteropodi in un'atmosfera calda e familiare.
Dalla riproduzione all'ibernazione, senza dimenticare la loro alimentazione e l'ambiente in cui vivono, imparate a conoscere queste lumache tanto apprezzate dai buongustai. Le visite guidate ai parchi sono disponibili da aprile a settembre. Il negozio offre un'ampia gamma di lumache: fresche, congelate con burro o cotte in scatola (salse catalane e bordolesi, conserve, creme "Escargotine", ecc.) Offre anche pollo ruspante, disponibile fresco o preparato in barattoli (coco colombo, pollo, piperade, coq au vin, ecc.). L'azienda è presente anche al mercato di Garlin il sabato mattina.

Van voortplanting tot winterslaap, via hun dieet en leefomgeving leert u deze door fijnproevers zo gewaardeerde slakken kennen. Van april tot september worden rondleidingen aangeboden met de ontdekking van de parken, gevolgd door een proeverij. De winkel is het hele jaar geopend met een assortiment gekookte, verse of diepgevroren slakken en biedt ook de verkoop van kippen met vrije uitloop.

Espagnol En Lannecaube, pequeño pueblo situado en el cantón de Lembeye, se encuentra nuestro criadero de caracoles.
Hacen falta cerca de siete meses para que un caracol se haga adulto y pueda así hacer disfrutar a nuestros paladares. Desde abril, cuando son instalados en los parques, hasta octubre, cuando se les pone en hibernación.
Llegado a la edad adulta, el caracol es recogido y luego transformado en un laboratorio conforme a las normas CEE.

Venta de caracoles vivos, frescos, guisados y congelados en la misma granja.
