Anglais This ornamental granite fountain, known as the "Quinault Fountain", consists of a circular basin and a high central hexagonal pedestal, bearing a stone bust of the lyric poet Philippe Quinault. Musical instruments and laurel wreaths carved on the column recall the artistic career of Quinault, protégé of playwright Tristan L'Hermite and collaborator of Lully.

Allemand (Allemagne) Dieser Zierbrunnen aus Granit, der sogenannte "Quinault-Brunnen", besteht aus einem runden Becken und einem hohen, zentralen, sechseckigen Sockel, der die Steinbüste des lyrischen Dichters Philippe Quinault trägt. Musikinstrumente und ein Lorbeerkranz, die auf der Säule geschnitzt sind, erinnern an Quinaults künstlerische Karriere, der ein Schützling des Dramatikers Tristan L'Hermite und ein Mitarbeiter von Lully war.
