Espagnol Adrien Boulmer, antiguo cantero, llevó a cabo una notable reconversión profesional al conocer a Michel Delanghe, un cuchillero artístico, cuyo taller se hizo cargo tras formarse a su lado y obtener su CAP.
En su taller, te explicará las principales etapas de fabricación: cuchillos fijos, plegables y de mesa, trabajando tanto con acero inoxidable como con damasco, y combinando el metal con la madera, el cuerno o el hueso para crear piezas que son a la vez funcionales y estéticas. Una experiencia excepcional para rendir homenaje a la artesanía tradicional de Chatelleraud.

Nel suo laboratorio vi illustrerà le principali fasi di lavorazione: coltelli fissi, pieghevoli e da tavola, lavorando sia l’acciaio inossidabile che il damasco e abbinando il metallo al legno, al corno o all’osso per creare oggetti al tempo stesso funzionali ed esteticamente gradevoli. Una scoperta eccezionale per rendere omaggio al savoir-faire tradizionale di Chatellerault.
