Bernard Granger ist ein autodidaktischer Maler, der vorwiegend auf Leinwand mit Acrylfarben und gelegentlich mit Ölpastellen arbeitet.
Er beschreibt seine Malerei als einen intuitiven und instinktiven Schaffensprozess; seine Werke sind vielfältig und farbenfroh, nah am Symbolismus und manchmal am Tachismus sowie an einer imaginären Kalligraphie.
