Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Trakteer uzelf op een moment van rust in deze traditionele gîte, gelegen op een tuinbouwboerderij in Maussane-les-Alpilles, in het hart van de Provence. Deze unieke omgeving nodigt u uit om te ontspannen en nieuwe energie op te doen, ver weg van digitale afleidingen. Een mooie tuin met tuinmeubelen, hangmat, schommel en spa verwelkomt u bij het betreden van het terrein. Het huisje grenst aan het huis van de eigenaren, maar heeft een eigen ingang via een buitentrap van ongeveer tien treden. Het typisch Provençaalse dorp Maussane les Alpilles staat bekend om zijn kwaliteit olijfolie, zijn lokale markten en zijn pittoreske straatjes. In de buurt: wandelingen in het Regionaal Natuurpark van de Alpilles, ontdekking van Baux-de-Provence, een niet te missen plek op slechts enkele kilometers afstand, fietstochten of bezoeken aan olijfoliemolens.
Op twee niveaus bestaat het huisje uit een kleurrijke en Provençaalse keuken uitgerust met koelkast, vaatwasser, wasmachine, gasfornuis (4 branders + oven), kleine apparaten. Woonkamer met grote open haard (hout aanwezig), tafel en 4 stoelen, fauteuil, bank, salontafel, ladekast en tv.
Naar boven na tien treden:
- Doucheruimte met wastafel, douche met douchescherm en gordijn, toilet.
- Slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden 90x190cm, wandkast.
- Slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed 140x190cm, tafel en 2 stoelen, wandkast en kledingkast.
Buiten, niet-omheinde privétuin van 250 m², met uitzicht op het veld met olijfbomen, aan de rand waarvan u kunt parkeren. Boerderij in activiteit: productie van courgettes in het zomerseizoen, mogelijkheid tot activiteit in de ochtend aan de achterkant van de gîte.
Geen huisdieren toegestaan (eigenaren hebben honden).
Lakens, handdoeken en eindschoonmaak zijn inbegrepen. Mogelijkheid tot energiebehandelingen of massages op aanvraag (van de eigenaar).

Anglais Treat yourself to a peaceful break in this traditional cottage located on a market garden farm in Maussane-les-Alpilles, in the heart of Provence. This unique setting invites you to relax and recharge your batteries, far from digital distractions. A pretty garden with garden furniture, hammock, swing and spa welcomes you as soon as you enter the premises. The cottage is attached to the owners' house, but has its own independent entrance via an outdoor staircase of around ten steps. The village of Maussane les Alpilles, typically Provençal, is renowned for its quality olive oil, its local markets and its picturesque alleys. Nearby: hiking in the Alpilles Regional Natural Park, discovering Les Baux-de-Provence, an unmissable site just a few kilometers away, bike rides or visits to olive oil mills.
On two levels, the cottage is composed of a colorful and Provencal kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove (4 burners + oven), small household appliances. Living room with large fireplace (wood provided), table and 4 chairs, armchair, sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers and TV.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, wall cupboard.

Outside, private unfenced garden of 250m², facing the olive grove on the edge of which you can park. Active farm: production of zucchini in the summer season, possibility of activity in the morning at the back of the cottage.

Das Ferienhaus ist an das Haus der Eigentümer angeschlossen, verfügt aber über einen eigenen Eingang über eine Außentreppe mit etwa zehn Stufen. Das typisch provenzalische Dorf Maussane les Alpilles ist bekannt für sein hochwertiges Olivenöl, seine lokalen Märkte und seine malerischen Straßen. In der Nähe: Wanderungen im regionalen Naturpark Alpilles, Entdeckung von Baux-de-Provence, einem unumgänglichen Ort nur wenige Kilometer entfernt, Radtouren oder Besuche von Olivenölmühlen.

Un grazioso giardino con mobili da giardino, amaca, altalena e spa vi accoglie entrando nei locali. Il cottage è annesso alla casa dei proprietari, ma ha un ingresso indipendente tramite una scala esterna di una decina di gradini. Il villaggio tipicamente provenzale di Maussane les Alpilles è rinomato per il suo olio d'oliva di qualità, i suoi mercati locali e le sue strade pittoresche. Nelle vicinanze: escursioni nel Parco Naturale Regionale delle Alpilles, scoperta di Baux-de-Provence, un sito imperdibile a pochi chilometri, gite in bicicletta o visite ai frantoi.

All'esterno giardino privato non recintato di 250 mq, affacciato sul campo di ulivi ai margini del quale è possibile parcheggiare. Azienda agricola in attività: produzione di zucchine nella stagione estiva, possibilità di attività al mattino sul retro dell'abitazione.
Non sono ammessi animali (i proprietari hanno cani).

Espagnol Disfrute de un momento de tranquilidad en esta casa rural tradicional situada en una granja de horticultura en Maussane-les-Alpilles, en el corazón de Provenza. Este entorno único te invita a relajarte y recargar pilas, lejos de las distracciones digitales. Un bonito jardín con muebles de jardín, hamaca, columpio y spa le da la bienvenida al entrar en el recinto. La cabaña está unida a la casa de los propietarios, pero tiene su propia entrada a través de una escalera exterior de unos diez escalones. El pueblo típicamente provenzal de Maussane les Alpilles es famoso por su aceite de oliva de calidad, sus mercados locales y sus pintorescas calles. En los alrededores: excursiones por el Parque Natural Regional de Alpilles, descubrimiento de Baux-de-Provence, un lugar ineludible a pocos kilómetros de distancia, paseos en bicicleta o visitas a las almazaras.

Dans un cadre propice à la détente et ceci, en toute simplicité, vous trouverez dans le vaste jardin nature, ombragé, un salon table, chaises, hamac, balançoire, chaises longues, SPA gonflable, sur un tapis végétal naturel !
Vous pourrez vous garer devant votre entrée, en bordure de l'oliveraie.
Le gîte indépendant est accoté à la maison familiale. Un petit escalier vous invite dans une entrée-cuisine provençale colorée équipée selon toutes les normes actuelles :réfrigérateur avec petit congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, gazinière (4 feux+four) théière,, cafetière filtre, robot de cuisine, micro-ondes, bouilloire...et bien sûr l'ensemble les éléments pour cuisiner et la prise des repas.
Faisant suite, le salon salle-à-manger avec une grande cheminée (bois fourni) canapé et fauteuil, table basse grande commode
ancienne, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD, CD films divers pour toute la famille, bouquins, et INTERNET.
Le coin repas, table et 4 chaises.
Au demi-étage (quelques marches) :
- Salle d'eau, lavabo, douche avec pare-douche, rideau ; WC (papier fourni !!)
- 2 chambres : l'une composée de deux lits 90X190 avec chevets, placard mural, dans la seconde, lit 140X190, chevets, grand placard-penderie, table et 2 chaises.
Notre exploitation de 11 hectares étant en activité, le ramassage des courgettes se fait en matinée, ceci en arrière du gîte.
Nous signalons que nous ne pouvons accueillir des animaux, ayant nous-même deux chiens (gentils et sous bonne garde).
Sont inclus dans la réservation : les draps, couvertures, linge de toilettes et ménage de fin de séjour.
Et pour terminer, possibilité de massages bien-être (en supplément) auprès de votre hôtesse Laurie.
