Allemand (Allemagne) In Parleboscq, an den Ausläufern des Landes-Waldes, wird das Château Tour Blanc, ein sehr altes Weingut, nach ECOCERT-zertifiziertem biologischem und biodynamischem Landbau geführt. Sandra und Philip produzieren eine Reihe von biologischen und natürlichen Weinen sowie biologisches Lammfleisch
Die Schafherde und die Lämmer grasen im Winter auf den Weinbergen und versorgen diese mit natürlichem Dünger, während sie gleichzeitig Unkraut jäten
Das Bio-Lamm wird von der Mutter aufgezogen und ausschließlich mit Gras gefüttert.
Sie können es als halbes Lamm (ca. 10 kg) oder als ganzes Lamm, zerlegt und vakuumverpackt, kaufen. Sandra bietet Ihnen auch ihre Konserven "Sauté d'agneau au vin blanc" (Lammbraten mit Weißwein) an.
