Espagnol Domaine Kirrenbourg nació en 2015 de un encuentro entre personas apasionadas que querían poner en valor nuestros terruños alsacianos llenos de oportunidades. La alquimia de la tierra, los viñedos y las personas que los trabajan contribuyen al éxito de nuestra finca. Estamos comprometidos con la elaboración y potenciación de grandes vinos y creemos que la viticultura biodinámica es una filosofía esencial para lograr este objetivo: trabajar de forma biodinámica es la manera más acertada de permitir que la vid eche raíces profundas queriendo "tocar las estrellas". Las uvas son únicas, un reflejo del lugar, y producirán un vino auténtico e inimitable

En nuestras 10 hectáreas de Grands Crus (7 hectáreas en el Grand Cru Schlossberg y 3 hectáreas en el Grand Cru Brand), practicamos una vinificación por parcelas que nos permite obtener 3 niveles de calidad del vino

dos variedades de uva representan el 75% de nuestra producción: 24% de Pinot Noir y 51% de Riesling. La vinificación se realiza de forma natural y sin artificios para preservar todo el trabajo que se ha realizado en el viñedo aguas arriba

Anglais Domaine Kirrenbourg was born in 2015 from a meeting between passionate people who wanted to highlight our Alsatian soils full of opportunities. The alchemy of the land, the vines and the people who work on them all contribute to the success of our estate. We are committed to making and sublimating great wines and we believe that biodynamic viticulture is an essential philosophy in achieving this goal: working biodynamically is the most successful way to allow the vine to take deep roots while wanting to "touch the stars". The grapes are then "unique", an image of the place, which will give an authentic and inimitable wine

On our 10 hectares of Grands Crus (7 hectares on the Grand Cru Schlossberg and 3 hectares on the Grand Cru Brand), we practice parcel-based vinification which allows us to obtain 3 levels of wine quality

Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Domaine Kirrenbourg is in 2015 ontstaan uit een ontmoeting tussen gepassioneerde mensen die onze Elzasser terroirs vol mogelijkheden onder de aandacht wilden brengen. De alchemie van het land, de wijnstokken en de mensen die er werken dragen allemaal bij tot het succes van ons domein. Wij streven ernaar geweldige wijnen te maken en te verbeteren en wij geloven dat biodynamische wijnbouw een essentiële filosofie is om dit doel te bereiken: biodynamisch werken is de meest succesvolle manier om de wijnstok diep te laten wortelen en toch "de sterren te willen aanraken". De druif draagt dan een "unieke" druif, een beeld van de plaats, die een authentieke en onnavolgbare wijn oplevert

Op onze 10 hectare Grands Crus (7 hectare op de Grand Cru Schlossberg en 3 hectare op de Grand Cru Brand) passen wij perceelsgewijze vinificatie toe, waardoor wij 3 niveaus van wijnkwaliteit kunnen bereiken

2 druivenrassen vertegenwoordigen 75% van onze productie: 24% Pinot Noir en 51% Riesling. De vinificatie gebeurt op een natuurlijke manier en zonder kunstgrepen om al het werk dat stroomopwaarts in de wijngaard is verricht te behouden
Omdat wij de kwaliteit van onze wijnen voortdurend in vraag stellen, hebben wij ervoor gekozen ons uit te rusten met avant-gardistische apparatuur: atypische vinificatiecontainers, microkelders, ..

L'alchimia tra la terra, le viti e le persone che vi lavorano contribuisce al successo della nostra azienda. Ci impegniamo a produrre e valorizzare grandi vini e crediamo che la viticoltura biodinamica sia una filosofia essenziale per raggiungere questo obiettivo: lavorare in biodinamica è il modo più efficace per permettere alla vite di mettere radici profonde pur volendo "toccare le stelle". Allemand (Allemagne) Die Domaine Kirrenbourg entstand 2015 aus einer Begegnung zwischen leidenschaftlichen Menschen, die unsere chancenreichen elsässischen Terroirs zur Geltung bringen wollten. Die Alchemie der Erde, der Reben und der Menschen, die dort arbeiten, trägt zum Erfolg unseres Weinguts bei. Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, sehr große Weine zu erzeugen und zu veredeln, und unserer Meinung nach ist die Biodynamik eine wesentliche Philosophie, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen: Die Arbeit nach biodynamischen Grundsätzen ist die beste Art und Weise, den Reben zu ermöglichen, tief zu wurzeln und gleichzeitig nach den Sternen zu greifen". Sie trägt dann eine "einzigartige" Traube, ein Abbild des Ortes, die einen authentischen und unnachahmlichen Wein hervorbringen wird
