Français (France) Dans le Perche Sarthois, idéalement située entre le bocage normand et les châteaux de la Loire, charmante fermette du 18e d’environ 150m2, entièrement rénovée, très confortable. La maison, orientée plein sud, se trouve au sommet d’une colline avec une belle vue dégagée. On y accède par une petite route communale qui ne dessert que notre propriété et qui se poursuit par un chemin de randonnée.
Un lieu qui plaît aux artistes : musiciens, peintres, écrivains en apprécient le calme et la belle luminosité. Caractère ancien préservé (chaux, poutres, tomettes…), meubles chinés et restaurés par les propriétaires.
La maison possède également tout le confort moderne : salle de jeux (billard, appareils de musculation), stations d'accueil Ipod, Iphone, jeux vidéos, ...

Hors-saison : possibilité de séjours plus courts et chambres d'hôtes sur demande.

Anglais In the Perche Sarthois, ideally located between the Normandy bocage and the Loire castles, charming 18th century farmhouse of about 150m2, completely renovated, very comfortable. The house, facing south, is on top of a hill with a beautiful view. It can be reached by a small communal road which only serves our property and which continues by a hiking trail.
A place that appeals to artists: musicians, painters, writers appreciate its calm and beautiful luminosity. Preserved old character (lime, beams, terracotta floor tiles...), furniture found and restored by the owners.
The house also has all the modern comforts: games room (billiards, weight training equipment), Ipod, Iphone, video games, ...

Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) In de Perche Sarthois, ideaal gelegen tussen de Normandische bocage en de Loire kastelen, charmante 18e eeuwse boerderij van ongeveer 150m2, volledig gerenoveerd, zeer comfortabel. Het huis, op het zuiden gericht, ligt op de top van een heuvel met een prachtig open uitzicht. Het is toegankelijk via een kleine weg die alleen ons eigendom bedient en die verder gaat via een wandelpad.
Een plek die kunstenaars aanspreekt: muzikanten, schilders en schrijvers waarderen de rust en het mooie licht. Het oude karakter is bewaard gebleven (linden, balken, vloertegels...), meubels zijn gevonden en gerestaureerd door de eigenaren.
Het huis is ook voorzien van alle modern comfort: speelzaal (biljart, apparatuur voor bodybuilding), Ipod en iPhone docking stations, videospelletjes, enz.

Buiten het seizoen: mogelijkheid voor kortere verblijven en bed and breakfast op aanvraag.

Jahrhundert, ca. 150m2, komplett renoviert, sehr komfortabel. Das Haus ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und befindet sich auf der Spitze eines Hügels mit einer schönen, freien Aussicht. Man erreicht es über eine kleine Gemeindestraße, die nur unser Anwesen bedient und in einen Wanderweg übergeht.
Ein Ort, der Künstlern gefällt: Musiker, Maler und Schriftsteller schätzen die Ruhe und die schönen Lichtverhältnisse. Erhaltener alter Charakter (Kalk, Balken, Fliesen...), von den Eigentümern gefundene und restaurierte Möbel.

La casa, orientada al sur, está situada en lo alto de una colina con una hermosa vista abierta. Se accede a ella por una pequeña carretera que sólo da servicio a nuestra propiedad y que continúa por una ruta de senderismo.
Un lugar que gusta a los artistas: músicos, pintores, escritores aprecian la calma y la hermosa luz. Se ha conservado el carácter antiguo (cal, vigas, baldosas...), los muebles han sido encontrados y restaurados por los propietarios.
La casa también cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas: sala de juegos (billar, máquinas de pesas), estaciones de conexión para Ipod y iPhone, videojuegos, etc.

La casa, esposta a sud, è situata in cima a una collina con una splendida vista aperta. Vi si accede da una stradina che serve solo la nostra proprietà e che prosegue su un sentiero escursionistico.
Un luogo che piace agli artisti: musicisti, pittori, scrittori apprezzano la calma e la bella luce. Il carattere antico è stato conservato (calce, travi, piastrelle del pavimento?), i mobili sono stati trovati e restaurati dai proprietari.
La casa dispone anche di tutti i comfort moderni: sala giochi (biliardo, macchine per i pesi), docking station per iPod e iPhone, videogiochi, ecc.
