Audrey Fella donne des ateliers d'écriture mêlant la rencontre avec soi et la création. Leur objectif est de vous aider à revenir vers votre être profond et de vous accompagner dans l’écriture pour trouver votre verbe.
Cet atelier se compose de temps d’intériorisation, d’écriture et de partage. Des méditations guidées et une balade dans la nature vous permettront de vous mettre à l’écoute de vous-mêmes, puis d’accueillir l'élan créateur qui vous habite à travers des exercices d'écriture accessibles à tous. Ces exercices vous aideront à libérer votre inspiration, à organiser vos écrits et à progresser dans l’écriture comme outil de connaissance de soi et/ou pratique littéraire.
