"Aux Trois Coups c\u2019est quoi ?\nC\u2019est un caf\u00E9 associatif et participatif :\n\u00C7a veut dire que ce lieu est ouvert \u00E0 tous et que, \u00E0 partir du moment o\u00F9 vous \u00EAtes membre, vous pouvez participer \u00E0 la vie de l\u2019association et ne pas uniquement consommer (ce qui peut \u00EAtre votre libre choix).\nCette association (loi 1901) propose un lieu dans lequel vous pouvez consommer une boisson, un petit encas et assister, souvent, \u00E0 un \u00E9v\u00E8nement.\nVous pouvez aussi acheter pour emporter certains produits, propos\u00E9s au bar, et d\u2019autres \u00E0 d\u00E9couvrir.\nAux Trois Coups est encore plus qu'un caf\u00E9 : il se veut \u00EAtre un lieu de partage, un lieu d\u2019\u00E9change culturel dans un esprit familial (oui, il y en a pour les grands et les petits).\nEt tout cela parce qu\u2019Aux Trois Coups, c\u2019est le \u00AB Nous \u00BB qui s\u2019implique et s\u2019exprime, c\u2019est-\u00E0-dire chaque membre de l\u2019association.\nLES EVENEMENTS \nLes \u00E9v\u00E8nements sont propos\u00E9s soit par le conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019association soit par vous, membre de l\u2019association, et sont planifi\u00E9s. \nLes \u00E9v\u00E8nements peuvent \u00EAtre par exemple une soir\u00E9e d\u00E9gustation de bi\u00E8re (soir\u00E9e zythologie), un concert, un spectacle, une exposition (photo, sculpture, po\u00E9sie, etc. \u2026), un film, une journ\u00E9e jeu de r\u00F4le, un go\u00FBter jeux de soci\u00E9t\u00E9, une initiation \u00E0 la tapisserie, un rodage de pi\u00E8ce de th\u00E9\u00E2tre, etc \u2026. Les \u00E9v\u00E8nements sont ouverts \u00E0 tout public, conviviaux et non cultuels. \nUn planning vous sera communiqu\u00E9 r\u00E9guli\u00E8rement sur nos diff\u00E9rents r\u00E9seaux. \nLE LIEU\nL\u2019association Aux Trois Coups peut aussi mettre \u00E0 disposition son espace sc\u00E9nique et de travail pour des r\u00E9p\u00E9titions de concert, de spectacles, des r\u00E9sidences d\u2019\u00E9criture ou des r\u00E9unions par exemple. Une contrepartie financi\u00E8re est demand\u00E9e pour r\u00E9pondre aux charges selon la nature de la pr\u00E9sence et l\u2019organisme demandeur.\nLE FINANCEMENT et FONCTIONNEMENT\nL\u2019association fonctionne financi\u00E8rement gr\u00E2ce aux adh\u00E9sions des membres (de 10 euros minima et sans limite de montant !!! donc vous cotisez \u00E0 hauteur de vos moyens et en conscience), aux recettes des ventes au bar et des produits \u00E0 emporter, des soir\u00E9es qui seront parfois payantes ou au chapeau. \nEt le b\u00E9n\u00E9volat \u00AB finance \u00BB les plages d\u2019ouverture du lieu puisque les membres qui souhaitent s\u2019investir ainsi offrent leur temps de pr\u00E9sence. \nAu tout d\u00E9part un crowdfunding a permis de r\u00E9colter 8000 euros. Gr\u00E2ce \u00E0 cet argent nous avons r\u00E9alis\u00E9 les travaux du local pour en faire un lieu fonctionnel et agr\u00E9able.\nLes prestations des intervenants sont en g\u00E9n\u00E9ral payantes sauf s\u2019ils nous les offrent en soutien \u00E0 l\u2019association. \nL\u2019activit\u00E9 pr\u00E9dominante pour les imp\u00F4ts est le bar. L\u2019association, bien qu\u2019elle n\u2019enrichisse pas ses dirigeants (association loi 1901) et ne soit pas une entreprise, est assujettie \u00E0 la TVA, aux imp\u00F4ts sur les soci\u00E9t\u00E9s. Il n\u2019y a donc pas de concurrence d\u00E9loyale par rapport aux autres d\u00E9bits de boisson du territoire. Et nous vous rappelons que l\u2019abus d\u2019alcool est dangereux pour la sant\u00E9.\nL\u2019ADHESION\nL\u2019adh\u00E9sion vous permet :\n- De recevoir nos remerciements pour votre soutien, d\u00E9j\u00E0 ;\n- D\u2019avoir le pouvoir de proposer des id\u00E9es d'\u00E9v\u00E8nements, d'activit\u00E9s, voire de les animer ! (En lien avec le projet associatif bien s\u00FBr ! \n- De devenir b\u00E9n\u00E9vole en offrant des temps de pr\u00E9sence pour la tenue du bar et de la cave-boutique (le planning \u00E0 remplir avec vos disponibilit\u00E9s se fera par mail) ;\n- De b\u00E9n\u00E9ficier d'une remise de 5% sur tout - sauf les produits vendus au bar et consomm\u00E9s sur place ;\n- De voter en assembl\u00E9e g\u00E9n\u00E9rale.\nEt attention ! magie : tout est cumulable ! mais vous pouvez tr\u00E8s bien choisir de ne b\u00E9n\u00E9ficier que d\u2019un de ces points !\nLES PRODUITS\nL\u2019association d\u00E9tient la Licence III (Boissons avec taux d'alcool inf\u00E9rieur ou \u00E9gal \u00E0 18\u00B0 : vin, bi\u00E8re, cidre, poir\u00E9, porto, cr\u00E8me de cassis, etc\u2026).\nLes produits \u00E0 la vente sont s\u00E9lectionn\u00E9s avec soin et le sont pour leurs qualit\u00E9s gustatives et de fabrication.\nNotre caf\u00E9 propose de vous faire voyager par ici, mais pas que, gr\u00E2ce \u00E0 quelques produits phares : la bi\u00E8re, le caf\u00E9, le th\u00E9 et m\u00EAme la tisane.\nNous avons cherch\u00E9, par exemple, des bi\u00E8res brass\u00E9es pas loin de chez nous ( et il y en a beaucoup ! ), des tisanes et des sirops de plantes r\u00E9colt\u00E9s par Menthe et M\u00E9lisse dans les champs des montagnes du Doubs (o\u00F9 on a bien envie de se promener), de la charcuterie venant de Buffard fabriqu\u00E9e avec amour par Lo\u00EFc et son papa, des terrines v\u00E9g\u00E9 et des pickles concoct\u00E9s par B\u00E9n\u00E9dicte \u00E0 Mouchard, et puis il y a le th\u00E9 et le caf\u00E9 s\u00E9lectionn\u00E9s et torr\u00E9fi\u00E9 \u00E0 Dole ( ah bah oui difficile de trouver des cultures locales mais les artisans d'une partie de chaine de fabrication le sont eux). "Wat is Aux Trois Coups?\nHet is een caf\u00E9 dat zowel associatief als participatief is:\nDit betekent dat de plek voor iedereen toegankelijk is en dat je, vanaf het moment dat je lid wordt, deel kunt nemen aan het leven van de vereniging en niet alleen kunt consumeren (wat je vrije keuze kan zijn).\nDeze vereniging (wet 1901) biedt een plek waar je iets kunt drinken, een klein hapje kunt eten en vaak ook een evenement kunt bijwonen.\nJe kunt ook een aantal van de producten die aan de bar worden aangeboden kopen om mee te nemen.\nAux Trois Coups is meer dan een caf\u00E9: het is een plek om te delen, een plek voor culturele uitwisseling in een familiale sfeer (ja, er is iets voor jong en oud).\nEn dat allemaal omdat bij Aux Trois Coups het \"Wij\" betrokken is en zich uitdrukt, met andere woorden, elk lid van de vereniging.\nEVENEMENTEN\nEvenementen worden voorgesteld en gepland door de raad van bestuur van de vereniging of door jou, een lid van de vereniging.\nBijvoorbeeld, een avond bier proeven (zythologie avond), een concert, een show, een tentoonstelling (fotografie, beeldhouwkunst, po\u00EBzie, enz.), een film, een rollenspel dag, een bordspellen middag thee, een inleiding tot wandtapijten, een toneelinloop, enz. De evenementen zijn toegankelijk voor iedereen, vriendelijk en niet-religieus.\nJe krijgt regelmatig een schema toegestuurd via onze verschillende netwerken.\nDE PLAATS\nAux Trois Coups kan ook haar podium en werkruimte ter beschikking stellen voor bijvoorbeeld concertrepetities, voorstellingen, schrijfresidenties of vergaderingen. Er wordt een financi\u00EBle bijdrage gevraagd om de kosten te dekken, afhankelijk van de aard van de aanwezigheid en de organisatie die erom vraagt.\nFinanciering en werking\nDe vereniging wordt gefinancierd door lidmaatschapsgeld (minimaal 10 euro en geen limiet aan het bedrag!!! dus je draagt bij naar draagkracht en geweten), inkomsten uit barverkoop en meeneemproducten, en avondevenementen, waarvoor soms een kaartje wordt gekocht of uit eigen zak wordt betaald.\nEn vrijwilligerswerk 'financiert' de openingstijden van de locatie, omdat leden die zich willen inzetten hun tijd aanbieden.\nIn het begin bracht een crowdfundingcampagne 8.000 euro op. Met dit geld konden we het gebouw renoveren om het functioneel en aangenaam te maken.\nDe diensten die door de leden van de vereniging worden geleverd, worden over het algemeen betaald, tenzij ze deze aan ons aanbieden ter ondersteuning van de vereniging.\nDe belangrijkste activiteit voor belastingdoeleinden is de bar. Hoewel de vereniging haar bestuurders niet verrijkt (volgens de wet van 1901) en geen bedrijf is, is ze wel onderworpen aan btw en vennootschapsbelasting. Er is dus geen oneerlijke concurrentie met andere drankgelegenheden in de buurt. En we herinneren je eraan dat alcoholmisbruik gevaarlijk is voor je gezondheid.\nLIDMAATSCHAP\nLidmaatschap stelt je in staat om\n- Nu al onze dank voor je steun ontvangen;\n- De bevoegdheid hebben om idee\u00EBn voor evenementen en activiteiten voor te stellen en ze zelfs te leiden! (In lijn met het project van de vereniging, natuurlijk!\n- Vrijwilliger worden door je tijd op te geven om de bar en de kelderwinkel te runnen (het schema met je beschikbaarheid wordt per e-mail toegestuurd);\n- Profiteer van 5% korting op alles behalve producten die aan de bar worden verkocht en ter plekke worden geconsumeerd;\n- Stemmen op de algemene vergadering.\nEn vergeet de magie niet: alles kan worden opgeteld! Maar je kunt er ook voor kiezen om van slechts \u00E9\u00E9n van deze punten te profiteren!\nPRODUCTEN\nDe vereniging heeft een Licentie III (Dranken met een alcoholgehalte van 18\u00B0 of minder: wijn, bier, cider, perencider, port, cr\u00E8me de cassis, enz.)\nDe producten die worden verkocht zijn zorgvuldig geselecteerd op smaak en productiekwaliteiten.\nOns caf\u00E9 is ontworpen om je mee te nemen op een reis rond de wereld, maar dat is niet het enige, dankzij enkele paradepaardjes: bier, koffie, thee en zelfs kruidenthee.\nWe hebben bijvoorbeeld gezocht naar bieren die dicht bij huis worden gebrouwen (en die zijn er genoeg!), kruidenthee en kruidenthee ), kruidenthee en siropen geoogst door Menthe et M\u00E9lisse in de velden van het Doubsgebergte (waar we echt een wandeling willen maken), vleeswaren van Buffard met liefde gemaakt door Lo\u00EFc en zijn vader, groenterrines en augurken gemaakt door B\u00E9n\u00E9dicte in Mouchard, en dan is er nog de thee en koffie geselecteerd en gebrand in Dole (ah ja, het is moeilijk om lokale gewassen te vinden, maar de ambachtslieden in een deel van de productieketen wel).
