Anglais In the heart of an eighteenth-century house, all our accommodation has access to the communal rooms: large kitchen, cosy dining room, lounge with fireplace and garden with orchard and vegetable patch.
To access the Forêt flat, you need to cross the house and climb a staircase to the first floor. The flat has a view of Darcey Castle, sleeps one to four people and can also be used as a teleworking space. The bathroom is on the same floor. This is shared with any other guests in the room next door.
Recently arrived in Burgundy, we created the Cense des Possibles, a committed project combining hospitality, healthy cooking and respect for the living. In the garden, we encourage biodiversity by combining vegetables, flowers and fruit trees. Violaine, the chef, offers a gourmet table d'hôte and workshops on cooking, wild plants and zero waste. Olivier will accompany you on your local discoveries as you wish.
