Deposits, a first trip to visit and discover, but once there, there was nothing to sell, much to the surprise of the sorry owners.
With no money and far from home, they had an idea:
Having already seen street shows, they're going to create acts with what they have on hand, a domestic and household circus they'll call "the means at hand".
It's silly, dangerous, poetic and clumsy, but they're determined to give it their best shot if they don't want to end up in the ru(Ch)e.

De cette arnaque, cette déception qu’un café ne consolera pas.Sans argent, loin de chez eux, ils ont une idée :
Ayant déjà vu des spectacles de rue, ils vont créer des numéros avec ce qu’ils ont sous la main, un cirque domestique et ménager qu’ils appelleront « les moyens du bord ».
C’est idiot, dangereux, poétique, maladroit, mais c’est avec conviction qu’ils donneront le meilleur pour ne pas se retrouver à la ru(Ch)e.

Ze betaalden een aanbetaling en maakten een eerste reis om het landgoed te bezichtigen en te ontdekken, maar eenmaal daar aangekomen was er tot grote verrassing van de spijtige eigenaars niets te koop.
Zonder geld en ver van huis hadden ze een idee:
Nadat ze al straatvoorstellingen hadden gezien, gingen ze acts maken met wat ze bij de hand hadden, een huiselijk en huishoudelijk circus dat ze "de middelen bij de hand" noemden.
