Anglais Excerpt from the 1380 land register of the Barony of Cui (Orne Departmental Archives, 2E52/24). The calligraphy workshop is part of the exhibition “The Orne and the Duke of Normandy.” At the end of the guided tour, participants will be invited to continue their exploration with an introduction to the art of beautiful handwriting, led by Ghislaine Flotté.
At the intersection of writing and drawing, calligraphy is a discipline that is both technical and artistic. It combines mastery of the stroke, a sense of rhythm, and harmony of forms to create aesthetically pleasing compositions. During the workshop, come learn the basics of this discipline: discover traditional tools, practice the techniques, and create your first pieces.

Espagnol Extracto del registro de la baronía de Cui de 1380 (Arch. dep. de Orne, 2E52/24). El taller de caligrafía forma parte de la exposición «El Orne y el duque de Normandía». Al finalizar la visita guiada, se invitará a los participantes a prolongar el descubrimiento con una iniciación al arte de la caligrafía, impartida por Ghislaine Flotté.

Orne, 2E52/24) De kalligrafieworkshop maakt deel uit van de tentoonstelling „L’Orne en het hertogdom Normandië”. Na afloop van de rondleiding worden de deelnemers uitgenodigd om hun ontdekkingstocht voort te zetten met een kennismaking met de kunst van het mooi schrijven, onder leiding van Ghislaine Flotté.
