Espagnol Únase a nosotros el miércoles 29 de julio para el Transplage de l'été en Perros-Guirec (aprox. 3 km):
2 pruebas de natación, una con aletas y otra sin aletas entre Trestrignel y Trestraou.
El Transplage está abierto a todos, mayores de 14 años, y es necesario inscribirse (a partir del 5 de julio) en La Rotonde, Plage de Trestraou (autorización paterna obligatoria para los menores).
Este evento deportivo está abierto a todos previa presentación de :
- un certificado médico que acredite que no tiene contraindicaciones para nadar con/sin aletas o en una prueba de natación,
o
- licencia deportiva FFESSM o FFN o FFTriathlon 2026,
o
- Diploma relacionado con la natación (BESAAN, BNSSA, BPJEPS AAN, BE Natation) presentación de diploma válido.
Equipamiento :
- Traje de neopreno o shorty (recomendado)
Evento Aletas :
- Aletas (mono o bi-aletas)
- Tubo, máscara (recomendado)
- Natación con apoyo (hidrovelocidad, aceptada pero no clasificada)
Evento sin aletas :
- Gafas
Posibilidad de tomar un autobús lanzadera desde Trestraou hasta la salida de la carrera en Trestrignel (a precisar en el momento de la inscripción)
Briefing obligatorio a las 19h para todos los participantes en Trestrignel y salida de la lanzadera de Trestraou a las 18h45.

La Transplage est ouverte à tous, à partir de 14 ans, sur inscription (à partir du 5 juillet) à La Rotonde, Plage de Trestraou (autorisation parentale pour les mineurs).
Epreuve sportive ouverte à tous sur présentation de :
- un certificat médical de non contre-indication à la pratique de la nage avec/sans palmes ou d’une épreuve de natation,
ou
- licence sportive 2026 de FFESSM ou FFN ou FFTriathlon,
ou
- Diplôme en lien avec la natation (BESAAN, BNSSA, BPJEPS AAN, BE Natation) présentation du diplôme en cours de validité.
