- Herbicides are prohibited to revive the ancient practice of tillage.
- Supervised Control, thinning out the leaves, green harvesting, plot selection, hand harvest, double sorting.
- A cellar of 18 temperature-controlled vats made of concrete.
- Two tapered wooden vats of 50 hl, thermo-regulated.
- A perfect cellar humidity through natural ventilation. Particular attention is paid to the choice of 8-barrels from different coopers.
- The Grands Crus winemaker, Eric Boissenot, offers advices for vinification and blending.

Mit 30 Hektar Weinbergen von den 620 Hektar der Appellation Moulis bleiben Château Lalaudey und Châteaux Pomeys ein überschaubarer Betrieb.

Espagnol La propiedad se compone de viñas en un solo bloque y está situada en la ladera de Brouqueyran, que se eleva a 46 metros, casi el punto más alto del Médoc (47 metros).
Con 30 hectáreas de viñedo de las 620 de la denominación Moulis, Château Lalaudey y Châteaux Pomeys siguen siendo una explotación de tamaño humano.
