Anglais Following the success of the 2024 edition, this new edition invites the public to explore different visions of ‘Nature’ through installations, sculptures, paintings and photographs that engage with the identity of the venue.
Nature is presented here as a complex entity, encompassing the plant, mineral, animal, human and ephemeral realms. By shifting from ‘Nature’ to ‘Natures’, the exhibition highlights the diversity of perspectives on living things and on what connects us to them, sometimes without our even realising it.
The curatorial approach is based on the idea of nature as experienced, reconstructed, narrated or imagined. It draws on notions of memory, traces, disappearance, temporality and architecture, and places central importance on materials, gestures and forms of transformation. Nature is a complex entity, at once plant, mineral, animal, human and ephemeral.
It reveals itself in all its forms, both visible and invisible, tangible and intangible. This theme explores the interconnectivity of the concepts of nature, the natural and naturalness, by questioning what unites us with nature, without us even realising it.
I am not speaking merely of nature as an object of fascination, but of nature as an experience, as a reflection on humanity, memory, transformation and our relationship with that which is living, inert or has become a memory. The works will address human nature – that connection to the earth, the elements and the cycles of life – which we share unconsciously.
But they will also address naturalness, often neglected in our modern societies, and ancient nature, which is both a legacy and an echo of the almost total absence of humans in nature. By shifting the perspective from ‘Nature’ to ‘Natures’, this exhibition invites us to reflect on what is real, what is memory and what is reconstructed through art.
Through this approach, I aim to bring to light the connections to ‘natures’, by exploring how living materials, organic forms and narratives of transformation reveal a reinvented naturalness, a nature in motion, and a human nature resonating with the immutable.

Allemand (Allemagne) Nach dem Erfolg von 2024 lädt diese neue Ausgabe das Publikum dazu ein, verschiedene Sichtweisen auf die „Natur“ anhand von Installationen, Skulpturen, Gemälden und Fotografien zu erkunden, die mit der Identität des Ortes in Dialog treten.
Die Natur erscheint hier als komplexes Gebilde, das zugleich pflanzlich, mineralisch, tierisch, menschlich und vergänglich ist. Mit dem Wechsel von „Natur“ zu „Naturen“ beleuchtet die Ausstellung die Vielfalt der Blickwinkel auf das Lebendige und auf das, was uns mit ihm verbindet – manchmal, ohne dass wir uns dessen bewusst sind.

Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Na het succes van 2024 nodigt deze nieuwe editie het publiek uit om verschillende visies op de „Natuur” te verkennen aan de hand van installaties, sculpturen, schilderijen en foto’s die in dialoog staan met de identiteit van de plek.
De natuur verschijnt hier als een complex geheel, dat tegelijkertijd plantaardig, mineraal, dierlijk, menselijk en vergankelijk is. Door de overgang van %AB Natuur %BB naar %AB Natuurvormen %BB belicht de tentoonstelling de veelzijdigheid van de blikken op het levende en op wat ons daarmee verbindt, soms zonder dat we ons daarvan bewust zijn.
De curatoriële aanpak is gebaseerd op het idee van een beleefde, gereconstrueerde, vertelde of gedroomde natuur. De tentoonstelling roept begrippen op als herinnering, spoor, verdwijning, tijdelijkheid en architectuur, en geeft een centrale plaats aan materialen, handelingen en vormen van transformatie. De natuur is een complex geheel, tegelijkertijd plantaardig, mineraal, dierlijk, menselijk en vergankelijk.

Met deze benadering wil ik de verbindingen met de natuur zichtbaar maken, door te onderzoeken hoe levende materialen, organische vormen en verhalen over transformatie een herontdekte natuurlijkheid onthullen, een natuur in beweging, en een menselijke natuur die resoneert met het onveranderlijke.

En déplaçant la perspective de Nature aux Natures, cette exposition invite à une réflexion sur ce qui est vrai, souvenir ou reconstruit à travers l’art.
Par cette approche, je souhaite rendre visibles les connexions aux natures, en explorant comment les matériaux vivants, les formes organiques et les récits de transformation révèlent une naturalité réinventée, une nature en mouvement, et une nature humaine en résonance avec l’immuable.
