The course takes place at the Oasis Gourmande in Sainte-Suzanne, on a 5,000 m² experimental plot: Syntropic agroforestry forest garden, living soil vegetable garden enriched with LiFoFer (Fermented Forest Litter), melliferous and fruit-bearing hedges, ecological apiary, micro-nursery.
