Ideata in collaborazione con il Museo del Louvre e con la partecipazione eccezionale del Museo del Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, la mostra riunisce circa un centinaio di opere di tutte le epoche e di tutti i continenti. Come è stato creato il mondo? Quali potenze lo abitano? In che modo le eroine e gli eroi riescono a influenzarne il destino? Sono queste le domande fondamentali a cui i nostri miti cercano di rispondere. «Mitologie» propone un dialogo inedito tra queste figure e queste storie, in cui si incontrano per la prima volta i mondi pirenei e le grandi tradizioni del Mediterraneo, in particolare.
