Well furnished and bright, the gite opens onto a private terrace and small garden (40 m² in total). Ground floor: large living room with dining area and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) , lounge area with flat screen TV and hi-fi. Bedroom 1 bed 2 people with private bathroom. Toilet. First floor: bedroom with 2 beds 1 person, private bathroom with wc integrated + extra bed for 5th person (free for children until 18 years old/ beyond extra fee 50€ per week). Access wifi, access to the owners' swimming pool (secure, 4.5 x 9 m) open from May to mid-October and accessible from 9h to 20h. Private garage (washing machine). Air conditioning (real consumption).
