Le programme : balade "secrets de vignes et de vins " à la découverte des terroirs et Climats de Marsannay , Côte de Nuits, durant laquelle vous découvrirez en immersion dans la vigne la bio-diversité des terroirs et le rôle du vigneron. Puis explosion des saveurs, vous serez initié à la dégustation sensorielle et géo-sensorielle de 6 à 7 vins appellations "villages" et "premiers crus" et "Grand cru" avec reconnaissances ludiques des arômes et des saveurs. Les thèmes abordés : les paysages viticoles (coteaux et combes), la vigne (cépages, exposition, sols viticoles), culture de la vigne en bio et biodynamie, vinification et élevage... Sandrine Lanaud, formatrice et dégustatrice professionnelle vous propose une formation sur mesure, adaptée à votre niveau de connaissance.
