<:Description rdf:about="https://data.datatourisme.fr/b8aab9e1-144b-3b8e-8751-7b2f91d8a01c"> Ceramic paintings by Laure Exposito Tableaux céramiques de Laure Exposito Ceramic paintings by Laure Exposito Tableaux céramiques de Laure Exposito EXHIBITION: MEMOIRE DE SONGE – CERAMIC PAINTINGS BY LAURE EXPOSITO After spending 35 years on the Côte Fleurie in Honfleur — years devoted to teaching the art of ceramics — I set up the Atelier Autres Terres in Tanis, in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel... and it is with great pleasure that I return to these cobbled streets to present my ceramic paintings in Honfleur, at the gallery located at 17 Rue Cachin. As an artist working with earth and living matter, my approach is rooted in a physical and poetic partnership with the elements; my compositions arise from the encounter between sedimentary slate, porcelain and the alchemy of Raku. Influenced by the philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, I favour raw materials, asymmetry and the marks of time. Inspired by the geometry of the Bi disc, my works combine clay with photographic images taken both by day and by night. Conceived as ephemerides of the invisible, they unite the microcosm and the macrocosm. Imprinting the living onto matter thus becomes an act of poetic resistance — a way of giving form to this thought by Gaston Bachelard: ‘Matter retains the memory of dreams’ … and so I invite you to come and discover this interpretation. EXPOSITION : MEMOIRE DE SONGE - TABLEAUX CÉRAMIQUES DE LAURE EXPOSITO Après 35 ans passés sur la Côte Fleurie à Honfleur — années consacrées à la transmission de l'art céramique —, j'ai installé l'Atelier Autres Terres à Tanis, dans la Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel... et c'est avec un grand plaisir que je reviens foulés ces pavés et présenter mes tableaux-céramiques à Honfleur, au sein de la Galerie située au 17, rue Cachin. Plasticienne de la Terre et du Vivant, j'inscris ma démarche dans un compagnonnage physique et poétique avec les éléments, mes compositions naissent de la rencontre entre l'ardoise sédimentaire, la porcelaine et l'alchimie du Raku. Sensible à la philosophie du Wabi-Sabi, je privilégie la matière brute, l'asymétrie et l'empreinte du temps. Inspirées de la géométrie du disque Bi mes œuvres marient la terre à des captures photographiques de jour comme de nuit. Pensées comme des éphémérides de l'invisible, elles unissent le microcosme et le macrocosme. Graver le vivant dans la matière devient alors un acte de résistance poétique — une façon de donner corps à cette pensée de Gaston Bachelard : « La matière garde la mémoire des songes " ... et je vous invite donc à venir découvrir cette interprétation.
