Anglais A Sunday lunchtime in the countryside, on 25 October. Domaine Naumad opens its dining room once a month for a buffet lunch from 11.30 am to 2 pm in the farmhouse.
On the menu: a generous sweet-and-savoury buffet prepared by Amandine using produce from the Yonne, and at 1.15 pm, an apple tatin made with apples from the orchard, flipped right in front of you. Coffee, tea and juice included, vinyl records playing in the conservatory, and a bar on site.
Guest of the month: Géraldine Blanc, from the Grenouillettes farm in Saint-Privé. Her goat’s cheeses will be on the buffet, and she’ll be joining us for lunch.
And that night, we switch to winter time: an extra hour’s sleep – make the most of it.
