L’ingresso è libero e gratuito, senza necessità di prenotazione. Un percorso guidato permetterà ai visitatori di scoprire i diversi spazi del laboratorio (produzione, preparazione degli ordini, ricerca e sviluppo...) e di scambiare due chiacchiere con il team. De toegang is vrij en gratis, reserveren is niet nodig. Tijdens een rondleiding kunnen bezoekers de verschillende ruimtes van het atelier ontdekken (productie, orderverwerking, R&D...) en een praatje maken met het team. Er wordt een warm drankje aangeboden. Via een loterij kan elke bezoeker zijn kans wagen om een assortiment producten van Route Mandarine te winnen. Anlässlich ihres 15-jährigen Bestehens weiht die in Lanildut ansässige handwerkliche Seifenmanufaktur „Route Mandarine“ die Erweiterung ihres Produktionsgebäudes ein und öffnet die Türen ihrer Werkstatt für die Öffentlichkeit. Der Eintritt ist frei und kostenlos, eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich. Im Rahmen einer Führung können die Besucher die verschiedenen Bereiche der Werkstatt (Produktion, Auftragsabwicklung, Forschung und Entwicklung…) entdecken und sich mit dem Team austauschen. Es wird ein heißes Getränk angeboten. Bei einer Tombola kann jeder Besucher sein Glück versuchen und ein Sortiment an Produkten von Route Mandarine gewinnen.
