Bestehend aus einem schönen Wohnzimmer von 35 m2 mit 2 großen Fenstern, offener Küche, 2 großen Schlafzimmern von 15 und 22 m2 (Queensize-Bett: 180 X 200 cm und Kingsize-Bett: 160 X 200 cm, möglich 2 Einzelbetten 80 X 200 cm) mit Klimaanlage und Büroecke, separatem WC, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Fliesenboden in der gesamten Wohnung, Kamine (nur dekorativ) in jedem Zimmer, schöne Räume (3,20 Meter Deckenhöhe), hell und ruhig.
