Diese in erster Linie professionelle, aber für alle offene Messe gliedert sich in drei große Bereiche: technische Animationen und Vorführungen, Konferenzen, Ausstellungsbereiche.

Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Tech Ovin, de nationale schapententoonstelling, wordt sinds 1999 om de twee jaar gehouden in Bellac en brengt alle belangrijke spelers uit de schapensector samen. De show is in de eerste plaats een professioneel evenement, maar staat open voor iedereen, met drie hoofdthema's: technische evenementen en demonstraties, conferenties en tentoonstellingsruimtes.

Anglais Tech Ovin, the national sheep show, has been held in Bellac every two years since 1999, bringing together all the key players in the sheep industry.
