Allemand (Allemagne) Mittelalterliche Wassermühle, die in der Normandie einzigartig ist und originalgetreu restauriert wurde.
Die Geschichte der unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Mühle und ihre Funktionsweise werden den Besuchern erklärt.
In der Scheune der Mühle, die mit alten Gegenständen aus der ursprünglichen Mühle dekoriert ist, findet ein Workshop zur Herstellung von Buchweizenbrei wie in alten Zeiten statt. Der Workshop endet mit der Verkostung des Breis.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, handwerklich hergestelltes Buchweizenmehl zu kaufen.
