Desde la gran terraza exterior, podrá disfrutar de una hermosa vista sobre 25 hectáreas de marismas.
Exterior: barbacoa exterior, muebles de jardín, gran aparcamiento aislado sin vecinos, vista ininterrumpida sobre la marisma.
La casa está cómodamente equipada: TV, wifi, cocina equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora con secadora.
En la planta baja, encontrará un cuarto de baño con lavabo doble, toallero eléctrico, WC y ducha a ras de suelo, así como un dormitorio con dos camas individuales separadas y espacio de almacenamiento. El ventanal del dormitorio da directamente a la terraza y al pantano.
Arriba, el dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un WC con lavabo.
