Domaine Vey's 1,300 olive trees benefit from generous sunshine and rich limestone soils, giving our olives exceptional organoleptic characteristics. The diversity of our carefully selected olive varieties contributes to the aromatic complexity of our oil, offering a unique bouquet of Mediterranean flavors."
