Ons appartement voor 1 tot 4 personen is de perfecte plek om te verblijven in de Elzas! Met zijn adembenemende uitzicht op de collegiale kerk van St-Martin is het de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan onze mooie stad Colmar en de omliggende steden en dorpen.
De gezellige, traditionele inrichting met balkenplafond en fresco dompelt je onder in onze mooie Elzas.
Het volledig ingerichte appartement bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping (geen lift) van een klein gebouw en bestaat uit een moderne, volledig uitgeruste keuken (oven, kookplaat, afzuigkap, koelkast, magnetron, NESPRESSO koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken zoals thuis) die uitkomt op de zitkamer/woonkamer met eethoek, ontspanningsruimte (comfortabele slaapbank voor 2 personen en televisie) en kleine werkplek (bureau). Er is ook een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (140x190) en kledingkast, en een doucheruimte met douche, badmeubel en verwarmd handdoekenrek. Aparte WC.
Je hebt ook gratis toegang tot een gedeelde wasruimte met wasmachine en droger!
Er is geen privéparkeergelegenheid bij de woning, maar je vindt gratis parkeerplaatsen in de omliggende straten.

Notre appartement, idéalement prévu pour 1 à 4 personnes est l’endroit parfait pour séjourner en Alsace ! Avec sa vue imprenable sur la collégiale St-Martin, il est le point de départ idéal pour visiter notre belle ville de Colmar ainsi que les villes et villages aux alentours.
Sa décoration cosy et traditionnelle avec ses poutres apparentes et sa fresque, vous immergera dans notre belle Alsace.
L’appartement tout équipé se situe au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur) d’un petit immeuble, est composé d’une cuisine équipée moderne (four, plaque de cuisson, hotte, réfrigérateur, four micro-ondes, machine à café NESPRESSO, bouilloire et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner comme à la maison) ouverte sur le salon/séjour avec espace repas, espace détente (canapé convertible 2 places confortable et télévision) et petite espace travail (bureau) . Vous trouverez également une chambre avec lit double (140x190) et armoire de rangement, une salle d’eau avec douche, meuble vasque et sèche serviettes. WC séparé.
De plus, vous aurez libre accès à une buanderie commune avec machine à laver et sèche-linge !

Its cosy, traditional decor, with its exposed beams and fresco, will immerse you in our beautiful Alsace.
The fully-equipped apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a small building, and comprises a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle and everything else you need to cook like at home) opening onto the living room with dining area, relaxation area (comfortable 2-seater sofa bed and TV) and small work area (desk). There's also a bedroom with double bed (140x190) and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
What's more, you'll have free access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer!
No private parking is provided with the apartment, but you will find free parking spaces in the surrounding streets.
