Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Het Centre photographique eert Sarah Moon (1941), een belangrijke kunstenares op fotografisch gebied en een groot ontdekkingsreizigster van tuinen. De tentoonstelling vindt plaats op twee locaties en toont een selectie van werken die de afgelopen veertig jaar zijn gemaakt, voor de gelegenheid aangevuld met niet eerder gepubliceerde foto's die onlangs in Normandië zijn genomen. De tentoonstelling combineert heden en verleden en laat alle paden zien die de kunstenares heeft bewandeld in de vele tuinen die ze in de loop van haar carrière als fotograaf heeft verkend. Hier zien we haar weidse opnames van vegetatie in zilverachtig licht en daar haar portretten van bloemen en vogels in levendige kleuren. De tentoonstelling D'après nature ontleent zijn titel aan de schilderkunst en toont een kunstenares die de fotografie altijd met vrijheid heeft omarmd en de waargenomen werkelijkheid in een tuin van haar eigen vinding plaatst, bevolkt met prachtige vogels, badend in zwart en diepe pigmenten.
Sarah Moon's creatieve residentie in Normandië en de tentoonstelling, in twee delen, worden gehouden als onderdeel van het Normandie Impressionniste festival, waarvan ze steun hebben ontvangen. De tentoonstelling in de Jardin des Plantes is ook mogelijk gemaakt dankzij de steun van de stad Rouen.

Espagnol El Centre photographique rinde homenaje a Sarah Moon (1941), artista importante en el panorama fotográfico y gran exploradora de jardines. En dos sedes, la exposición presenta una selección de obras realizadas a lo largo de los últimos cuarenta años, completada para la ocasión con fotografías inéditas tomadas recientemente en Normandía. Combinando pasado y presente, la exposición muestra toda la gama de caminos tomados por la artista en los numerosos jardines que ha explorado a lo largo de su carrera como fotógrafa. Aquí vemos sus amplias tomas de vegetación con luz plateada, y allí sus retratos de flores y pájaros con colores vibrantes. Tomando prestado su título del campo de la pintura, la exposición D'après nature muestra a una artista que siempre ha abrazado la fotografía con libertad, situando la realidad percibida en un jardín de su invención, poblado de pájaros maravillosos, bañado en negros y pigmentos profundos.
La residencia creativa de Sarah Moon en Normandía y la exposición, en dos partes, se celebran en el marco del festival Normandie Impressionniste, del que han recibido apoyo. La exposición en el Jardin des Plantes también ha sido posible gracias al apoyo de la ciudad de Ruán.

Italien (Italie) Il Centre photographique rende omaggio a Sarah Moon (1941), artista di spicco del panorama fotografico e grande esploratrice di giardini. Articolata su due sedi, la mostra presenta una selezione di opere realizzate negli ultimi quarant'anni, integrate per l'occasione da fotografie inedite scattate di recente in Normandia. Combinando passato e presente, l'esposizione mostra l'intera gamma di percorsi intrapresi dall'artista nei numerosi giardini che ha esplorato nel corso della sua carriera di fotografa. Qui vediamo i suoi ampi scatti della vegetazione in una luce argentea, e lì i suoi ritratti di fiori e uccelli in colori vibranti. Prendendo in prestito il titolo dal campo della pittura, la mostra D?après nature mostra un'artista che ha sempre abbracciato la fotografia con libertà, ambientando la realtà percepita in un giardino di sua invenzione, popolato da meravigliosi uccelli, immerso in neri e pigmenti profondi.

Anglais The Centre photographique honors Sarah Moon (1941), a major artist on the photographic scene and a great explorer of gardens. Held on two sites, the exhibition presents a selection of works produced over the last forty years, complemented for the occasion by previously unpublished photographs from recent shoots in Normandy. Combining past and present, the exhibition shows the full range of paths taken by the artist in the many gardens she has explored over the course of her career as a photographer. Here, wide shots of vegetation in silvery light, there, portraits of flowers and birds in vibrant colors. Borrowing its title from the field of painting, the D?après nature exhibition shows an artist who has always embraced photography with freedom, setting the perceived real in a garden of her own invention, populated by marvellous birds, bathed in blacks and deep pigments.

Se tenant sur deux sites, l’exposition présente une sélection d’œuvres réalisées au cours des quarante dernières années, complétée pour l’occasion de photographies inédites issues de prises de vues récentes en Normandie. Associant ainsi passé et présent, l'exposition figure toute l'étendue des chemins empruntés par l’artiste parmi les nombreux jardins qu’elle a arpentés au long de son parcours de photographe. S’y déploient, ici, ses plans larges de végétation à la lumière argentée, là, ses portraits de fleurs et d’oiseaux aux couleurs vibrantes. Empruntant son titre au champ de la peinture, l’exposition D’après nature montre une artiste qui s’est toujours saisie de la photographie avec liberté, installant le réel perçu dans un jardin de son invention, peuplé d’oiseaux merveilleux, baigné de noirs et de pigments profonds.
La résidence de création de Sarah Moon en Normandie ainsi que l’exposition, en deux volets, se tiennent dans le cadre du festival Normandie Impressionniste, dont elles ont reçu le soutien. La monstration au Jardin des plantes a également été permise grâce au soutien de la Ville de Rouen.

Allemand (Allemagne) Das Centre photographique stellt Sarah Moon (1941) vor, eine der wichtigsten Künstlerinnen der Fotografie und eine große Gartenforscherin. Die Ausstellung, die an zwei Orten stattfindet, zeigt eine Auswahl von Werken aus den letzten 40 Jahren, ergänzt durch bisher unveröffentlichte Fotografien, die vor kurzem in der Normandie aufgenommen wurden. Die Ausstellung verbindet Vergangenheit und Gegenwart und zeigt die ganze Bandbreite der Wege, die die Künstlerin in den zahlreichen Gärten gegangen ist, die sie im Laufe ihrer fotografischen Karriere durchwandert hat. Hier ihre silbrig beleuchteten Großaufnahmen der Vegetation, dort ihre Blumen- und Vogelporträts in leuchtenden Farben. Die Ausstellung D?après nature, die ihren Titel aus dem Bereich der Malerei entlehnt, zeigt eine Künstlerin, die die Fotografie immer mit Freiheit ergriffen hat und die wahrgenommene Realität in einem Garten ihrer Erfindung ansiedelt, der von wunderbaren Vögeln bevölkert ist und in tiefes Schwarz und Pigmente getaucht ist.
Sarah Moons Aufenthalt in der Normandie und ihre zweiteilige Ausstellung finden im Rahmen des Festivals Normandie Impressionniste statt und werden von diesem unterstützt. Die Ausstellung im Jardin des plantes wurde ebenfalls durch die Unterstützung der Stadt Rouen ermöglicht.
