Espagnol El valle del Ródano, barrido por el viento del Mistral, es un lugar ideal para los molinos. En funcionamiento hasta el siglo XIX, fueron suplantados en esa época por molinos harineros industriales. En 2002, el molino de Bonnet fue objeto de una restauración completa: la torre se dotó de nuevo de tejado y alas. Es el primer molino de viento de Bouches-du-Rhône que vuelve a funcionar. Abierto a los visitantes cada dos sábados, se pone en funcionamiento los días de Mistral.
El emplazamiento ofrece una vista excepcional del pueblo y de la llanura aluvial que se extiende a sus pies. Los alumnos de la escuela primaria de Boulbon han instalado una mesa de orientación.
Está gestionada por la Asociación "Les Amis du Vieux Boulbon", que organiza visitas guiadas.
